• PROJECT UPDATE: Grants Road Culvert Repair Project – Completed

      Good news, Rousillac!

Grants Road, from the Southern Main Road, is now reopened to traffic following the completion of culvert repair works at the corner of Grants Road and the Southern Main Road.

Using in-house resources, our team rebuilt the culvert and cleared the blocked drain, restoring proper water flow and improving safe access along this stretch.

To finish the job, the Traffic Management Branch of the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation added fresh road markings, making the roadway safer and easier to navigate.

What this means for the community:

      Reduced flood risk

      Smoother access

A safer road for drivers and pedestrians

#ICYMI: This location was highlighted during a visit by the Honourable Jearlean John, Minister of Works and Infrastructure, and the Honourable Clyde Elder, MP for La Brea. Before the completion of these works, a temporary steel sheet was in place over the failed culvert crossing while plans were finalised for permanent repairs. Our teams moved in and got the job done.

Thank you, Rousillac, for your patience and cooperation
